Q-Why MotorCity Rally and what is it all about?

A- Here at MotorCity Rally Club we combine motorsport activities, luxury lifestyle and unforgettable people to take part in what we consider THE experience of a lifetime. We believe that everyone needs to let loose and enjoy themselves every now and then. Our rally is the perfect opportunity to take a break from the monotony of everyday life and embark on an adventure you will never forget. The MotorCity Rally is a luxury automotive rally and vacation all rolled into one action packed adventure.  Teams from all over the USA and Canada come together to participate in all the thrills and excitement the event has to offer and make memories that last long after the rally is over.

Q-How much does it cost to enter the rally?

A-The membership for 2016 is $2,800.00 USD and $3,195 after June 1st.

Q-What does my entry membership cover?

A- Membership for the 2016 year will provide the following:
-Registration of one team including: 1 vehicle, driver and co-driver
-2016 vehicle livery kit
-Official 2016 MotorCity Rally swag
-Exclusive track rental at Atlanta Motorsports Park August 6th
-Checkpoint activities such as go-karting, zip line, paintball, etc.
-Driver’s meeting Wednesday, August 3rd
-Hotel accommodations in downtown Louisville, KY at Hyatt Regency on August 3rd
-Louisville secured parking
-Hotel accommodations in Pigeon Forge, TN at Margaritaville Island Hotel
-Hotel accommodations in Nashville, TN at Omni Hotel on August 5th
-Nashville secured parking
-Hotel accommodations at Lowes Hotel Atlanta August 6th
-Atlanta secured parking
-Access to exclusive VIP parties each night and much more!

Q-I don’t want to put decals on my car. It is required?

A-YES! All of our wonderful sponsors help support and make the event what it is. We show support and appreciation back through the livery kit by broadcasting to the world on our amazing vehicles. We only use the highest quality premium vinyl. With proper installation and removal, no damage is done to the vehicle.
Professional installation and removal is recommended. Please reach out to One Soul Graphics, our official vinyl provider and sponsor, should you need any assistance with removal or installation of your livery kit.

Q-How many miles does the rally cover?

A-The rally will be about 1,100 miles depending on the route taken.

Q-Do we have to race on the track?

No. The track is an optional experience and not mandatory. If you do not feel comfortable on the track please reach out to a MotorCity Rally staff to address the situation.

Q-Do we have to participate in any of the extreme sport activities or checkpoints?

A-No, the activities are optional and not mandatory. If you do not feel comfortable with the activity reach out to a MotorCity Rally staff to address the situation.

Q-What if I break my car or hurt myself or someone else?

A-MotorCity Rally Club, LLC or MotorCity Rally are not responsible for any property damage, theft, personal injury, loss of life, injury on or off the track during any of our events. Participants enter on their own free will and fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs and damages they incur as a result of participation.

Q-What if I get a speeding ticket?

A-Speeding is against MotorCity Rally Club, LLC/ MotorCity Rally policy. Anyone who is caught speeding and issued a traffic violation will face penalties up to and including termination from the event. Please be safe.

Q-I am almost 21 can I join?

A-No, all members must be 21 and older to join, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q- Can we speed whenever we want?

A-No, members are expected follow all traffic laws. We have race tracks and closed courses rented out during the rally to fill the need for speed.

Q-How do I enter the rally and register?

Visit Click on the registration tab on the menu and fill out the 2016 form. Once you accept the terms another form will appear with all the information necessary to register in order to participate in the rally. Upon submission form we will reach out via email with a decision if accepted into the 2016 rally. Payment can be handled via Paypal or any major credit card. Space is very limited and not all that apply with be accepted.
